Frequently Asked Questions
Booking fee
Any appointment being made will be subject to a booking fee. This will be deducted from the price of your treatment on the day of the appointment. This is a non refundable fee and is only transferable to a new date once. Original appointment must be cancelled and rescheduled no less than 24 hours of the appointment time as this gives me a chance to fill that appointment. Anything less than 24 hours will require a new booking fee if you wish to book again. Anyone who fails to cancel and just not show up will have to pay the full balance of the service in advance if they wish to book in again. Anyone who is more than 20 minutes late without contacting me will have to reschedule or where possible,I will try and fit you in AFTER the clients who are on time. I understand people get unwell or something comes up at the last minute but I also have other commitments,clients and appointments.

Access to the building
I am currently located in A#1Gym in Coatbridge.
There is a large car park to the back of the building where parking is free. Anyone who isn’t local should type in ML5 3DH Baird street.
Once parked you will see a lane with stairs and a sign for A1 Gym. You can either txt and let me know you have arrived and I can come and meet you or you can enter the building at the back and walk to the top floor following signs for A1 Gym.
If you have arrived at the front of the building you will see a lane at the side (next to nail shop) This will allow you to access the building from the rear entrance as above.
Please note this is the top floor and has 3 sets of stairs (lift does not operate)
